You Ask. We Answer.

Looking for more information about the work that we do? This is a collection of all the questions we are asked most often, listed here for your convenience. If there is anything we didn’t cover, please let us know.

How is my stay paid for?

As a client, your stay is paid for by your insurance provider. We accept Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurances. Anthem is not accepted.

Can I work while in the program?

Working is a privilege that comes second to your recovery. You can work as long as your work hours do not interfere with mandatory program hours. Weekly schedules will go out to help you plan your work hours.

Can my partner or spouse come with me?

if your partner is female and is also seeking sobriety they can be a part of the program. No males are allowed to live on the property.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed.

Is maintenance medication allowed?

Yes. All medication will be kept locked up and distributed once a day by a Winter Garden staff member.

Is transportation provided?

All clients will have access to city transportation, "medi cabs" for medical appointments, and weekly house trips to the pharmacy & grocery store.

What is the minimum age limit?

18 years old.

Do you accept clients with mental health and substance use disorders?
